About Copperwing Distillery
Copperwing is a micro-distillery & cocktail bar located in Saint Louis Park, MN. They currently produce over 10 craft spirits distilled onsite, primarily from locally grown grains including: Vodka, Gin, Vodskey, Bourbon, Rum, as well as flavored spirits like Fresas (strawberry gin), liqueurs including Fernet and RTD (ready-to-drink) cocktails: Old Fashioned, The Wilderness Downtown, Barreled Negroni and the latest 75 & Sunny Brut (French 75).
Most of Copperwing's products can be found at liquor stores throughout Minnesota. The cozy 49 seat cocktail room features freshly made craft cocktails with seasonal menu updates.
Each and every cocktail is hand made with only all natural ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. We hope you will become a part of our story too!

About Kyle
Owner & distiller, mechanical design engineer and father, Kyle's love of making distilled beverages stems from home brewing, comradery and a love of whiskey. Kyle spent over 11 years as a design engineer in the private sector before turning his sights on distilled spirits. Kyle's engineering background helped him tremendously in designing a distillery from scratch. He took it upon himself to create the entire distillation production process, from equipment design all the way to product design.
Kyle still makes all the distilled products by hand each and every day. You might even see him giving a Copperwing distillery tour in the evening or pouring samples at a local liquor store.
