About Dodi
Dodi is an experienced finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy, construction, and manufacturing industries that includes a broad background in home & business technologies, corporate and small business finance, accounting, information technology, and human resources. She particularly enjoys leading, teaching, and motivating others in a team environment.
Her past experiences have included serving as an integral member of the executive team to ensure the mission of the organization is executed while leveraging all financial and intellectual resources. Dodi has an excellent reputation for building relationships with lenders, vendors, consultants, and employees, and believes this is a top priority in creating great businesses. Additionally, she has led the process of obtaining various government project grants, forgivable loans, and tax incentives which have totaled in excess of $45M over five years.
