Meet Brian, co-founder of SMACKIN' Sunflower Seeds.
Brian and his friend Cole grew up as big baseball players, and being big baseball players meant that they absolutely loved sunflower seeds. They binged on boring, flavorless seeds in they're little league dugouts, because it was the only thing they were able to get they're hands on.
While they were rooming together in college, they realized nothing had changed from the same salty options that were available when they were kids. So, they were inspired to craft seeds with undeniable flavor enhanced by gourmet recipes and premium organic ingredients. All the flavor, less sodium, no sandpaper tongue. A healthy snack that tastes better with bold and unique flavors that absolutely smack!

About Brian
Food enthusiast and business minded, Brian learned about business, people, and operations from his father who helped lead Cirrus Aircraft from a start-up to a market leader in the aviation industry. In college, Brian worked at a Series A tech startup and as a broker associate in commercial real estate. He graduated in Fall 2020 with a B.S. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management. With over 2 years combined experience as a financial fund analyst as well as a M&A associate for a middle-market investment banking firm, Brian’s financial intelligence and entrepreneurial will is an asset to managing cash flow and spotting market opportunities for SMACKIN'.
