2nd Swing Golf is a golf equipment retailer based in Eden Prairie, MN. 2nd Swing features a selection of over 100,000 clubs, available both online at 2ndswing.com and in their five brick-and-mortar locations (Minneapolis, MN, Minnetonka, MN, Scottsdale, AZ, Wilmington, DE, and Columbia, MD). The company provides best-in-class club fitting services, as evidenced by the Top 100 Club Fitter status awarded to it by Golf Digest every year since 2013.
With scores between 4.9 and 5.0 at every 2nd Swing location, the company boasts one of the highest Google ratings in the United States. 2nd Swing also operates a trade program supporting a network of over 2,000 country clubs and major equipment manufacturers like PING, Titleist, Bushnell, and more.

For many, golf is a part-time hobby. For 2nd Swing Founder and CEO Simon Kallal, the sport is a full-time business. Kallal drafted the business plan for his Minnesota-based equipment retailer during his senior year at the University of Minnesota. During his time at the U, Kallal also played for the Gopher golf team, providing him with some on-course experience that supplemented the accounting and entrepreneurship lessons he learned at the Carlson School of Management.
The primary motivation driving Kallal and 2nd Swing has always been making the game of golf more enjoyable and accessible for as many people as possible. Between 2ndswing.com and his company's five physical retail locations, which feature a combined inventory of over 100,000 golf clubs, Kallal continues to succeed at doing precisely that.
Kallal was born and raised in New Prague, Minnesota, and he still resides in the state with his wife, Sarah, and their four children.
