About Ramen Kawae
Ramen Kawae is a little noodle shop that emerged out of a desire to keep pushing the creativity of Japanese cuisines. One of four vendors in the North Loop Galley food hall in Minneapolis, it offers ramen, mazemen, rice bowls and Japanese-inspired snacks like gyoza and karaage.

About Tuan
Tuan graduated from the U of M's College of Liberal Arts in 2008. Before founding Ramen Kawae he worked at Kona Grill in Eden Prairie, Origami in Minneapolis, and Blue Sushi Sake Grill in Denver and Amarillo, Texas.
