InControl is a company dedicated to promoting wellness at home and improving the quality of life for adults with disabilities. We educate, engage and empower our clients with preventative wellness programs, enabling them to incorporate wellness as a way of life with as much independence as possible. We adopt a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing four key pillars: Physical, Emotional, Social and Nutrition. Our ultimate goal is to equip adults with disabilities with the resources they need to live a life of abundance.

Kelsey is a dynamic leader and visionary entrepreneur dedicated to transforming the landscape of wellness for the disabled community. With a background in Kinesiology and Education, she founded InControl, an innovative organization committed to enhancing the well-being of adults with disabilities through holistic wellness services. Under her leadership, InControl has experienced remarkable growth, transitioning to a scalable business model and garnering recognition for its impactful work. Kelsey's commitment to community empowerment extends beyond InControl; she co-founded Strengthen the Strong, a networking initiative empowering BIPOC professionals, and has been acknowledged as one of the "50 Black Leaders You Need to Know" by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. With a relentless passion for equity and empowerment, Kelsey continues to drive positive change, inspiring others to thrive and succeed.
