About Joshua
Joshua and Melissa Anderson opened Anderson's Ice Cream Shoppe - Lindström in January 2019. In January 2023, the Andersons opened a second location in Forest Lake. In addition to their two brick-and-mortar locations, they also operate a mobile scoop ice cream trailer on a limited basis around the north metro area for special events and private parties during the summer and fall months.
