The problem: A re-corked bottle traps air, thereby providing the oxygen necessary to degrade the taste, aroma, and flavor of your aged spirit.
The solution: Using a cork and cartridge methodology, the Spirit Shield passively removes oxygen from open bottles preserving the flavor and aroma - as well as your investment. There are no pumps or sprays, simply insert and it goes to work.
The Spirit Shield uses a replaceable cartridge system. A color change, visible through the top of the cork, will indicate when it is time to replace cartridge. (Additional cartridges sold separately)
This set includes 1 reusable cork and 1 cartridge. Works for all aged spirits including Scotch, whiskey, bourbon, tequila, rum, etc.
